Om is the word at Times Square this week. Literally – supposedly there’s even a big sign up over there. I wouldn’t know since I’m not an NYC resident, but for you who are and have been asking me about yoga classes over there – there’s a huge event coming up in your hood! Unfortunately, most classes are FULL but there’s still room in the 6pm class, so if you’re interested try to reserve your space ASAP.

After receiving such great advice from readers encouraging me not to give up my yoga membership and to keep looking into options, I did (thanks guys, I appreciate it!). Every month I get a newsletter from my studio, and it just so happens that they’re looking for people who would be willing to work 6 hours a week (with a 6 month commitment) in exchange for free yoga!
