Happy Friday!!! What are everyone’s plans for the weekend? The sun is shining and its been in the beautiful, breezy 70s here in Southern California. 
Since I’ve been talking about my practice a bit more on my blog, I thought I’d show you guys where I actually sweat it all out.
When I walk in, this is what I see (with people behind the counter). There are free towels on the side over there. Each student is permitted to ONE per class. The Fiji water is $3.
This is the actual practice space – one big, clean, spacious room with plenty of mirrors. Not sure if you can see it clearly in this pic, but there are ceiling fans that some instructors use to cool down the class a bit if it gets too heated. This is the only studio I’ve ever practiced at. Do all Bikram Yoga studios look like this? Bikram Choudbury is supposedly pretty strict about what he requires from his studios.

The practice space looks a little similar to my studio [well not mine, but you know what I mean!], except that the podium’s a little bigger. You guys are lucky, free towels! We don’t get free towels [except for the 2 when we sign up] so no towel = no class. Boo

yea sweaty said his towels cost $2 too – i was surprised cuz i guess i thought all studios provided free towels. must not take that for granted then…
